Return & Cancellation
Please note that since our products are handwoven, we mostly have one product of each kind at a time. Also, as the fabrics are pure and the weaves delicate, each garment requires very
careful handling. We dispatch all our products after thorough quality check to ensure no defective product is sold. Hence, we are able to offer cancellations, returns, or exchanges only in
1) Sarees are not eligible for return, exchange or cancellations.
2) Suits and Dupattas bought from www.handloomemporium.com are eligible for return and exchange within 7 days of delivery. Please note the exchange and return window closes at the end of 7 days.
3) To place a return/exchange request , please mail on firstname.lastname@example.org with the order number and return/exchange request.
4) Return courier must be borne by the customer.
5) In the case of refund, it will be issued only after thorough checking of the product by our team in the respective bank accounts / UPI IDs of the customer after deducting 10% from the product price.
6) In the case of exchange, as soon as we receive the product and its quality check , a credit coupon of the product price will be shared with the customer post which the customer can place the order for the desired product again. The coupon is redeemable on website only.
7) Management has the right to deny refund or exchange if the quality of the product is hampered. In that case the product will be sent to the customer again.
